Had fine 1 night in this hotel that's why I loved that. My absolutely perfect room was tidy and beds were comfy. The location was convenient and cool, quite a walk from Alexander. The restaurant was located within 400 feet.

The whole staff was friendly and polite. the comforts of the reasonably spacious guest room with a private bathroom were fabulous. Central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk were provided.

I was upgraded to a tidy room with a private bathroom. the location was particularly good, around a 10-15 minutes' walk from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden. It was easy to find a tram station near the property.

The location of this budget accommodation was perfect for our city trip. It was just a short walk away from the major attractions in the city, making it easy for us to explore Granada. the friendly staff at the reception were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.
Parking was quite a challenge in the nearest area, and we had to spend some time circling around to find a spot. It would have been helpful if the hotel had its own parking facility.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with a few key aspects of the hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the location was fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal or grab a drink. And finally, the hot water in the shower was a delight, with good water pressure and quick heat-up time, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable shower experience.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the noise levels in the hotel were quite high, as the walls were quite thin and not soundproofed, so be sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
